The Real Consultancy was founded by Odd Utgard (See LinkedIn-profile here).

We aim to help ambitious companies improve by taking them seriously and playing to their individual strengths.

We don't believe in suits (though we own them), fads (though we know them) or long and detailed PowerPoints (though we can definitely make them) - we think smart people, good ideas, and informed choices win out.

You get the idea - every project needs to kick off with a coffee. We need to understand the goals and challenges you have, as well as the oppportunities.

Let's look at some facts and insights together. We need to understand what's going on inside and outside your business in order to help - a little data and research will go a long way.

3. INTELLIGENT DISCUSSIONS AND IDEAS

There's nothing better than a productive discussion - and nothing more necessary. We will bring some ideas on our own but the best ideas probably are the ones we come up with together.

4. MAKE A PLAN AND DELIVER

We know you're busy and that makes it critical that we deliver recommendations that can actually be implemented. Anything else is meaningless.
